Hi leen

glad to see you enjoyed your holiday

i don't think it was it same one, the two new carriages are drawn by a single horse ( one certainly was brown)

cheers

chris

That looks absolutely wonderful and so much better than the ('TRAIN'  ).
Another reason to look forward to this year!

I must be careful not to stumble through any deposits between Livicon and Stella.  :'(

Hi Dotty
This is my afternoon bar 'Antonis', obviously yours as well.
I'm really looking forward to this view and will probably take the same photo!

What's going on on the beach, there are two JCB's there??

Thanks Dotty
Can I take the opportunity to thank everyone so far who has already been, for sending back all the information and pictures.
It's a great help and creates enormous anticipation for the late goers!

Oh dear, Margherita will be upset. I think she is the only person in the world who actually liked the 'train'!

Maybe a romantic trip in a carriage will console her, failing that there is always the ouzo to dull the pain

Just thought of something else, as mike said the train has gone ( to Athens, we heard)

it has been replaced by two rather nice horse drawn taxi carriages

Definitely sewerage. Don't want to think too much about what treatment this normally receives in Plakias before entering the sea.

Is it to do with the new hotel which is presumably going somewhere near where Meltemi used to be?

It is quite a long way from the far end so shouldn't affect farenders, except you have to walk past it. The work seemed pretty intermittent in May.
