2. Is cricket played in Greece?

Corfu is quite famous for its cricket I believe

Your dead right John, and that's as far as my cricket knowledge takes me, it's far beyond my understanding

Answer to 1. is No. 8. Initially numbers 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 are out. Changing ends at the end of the over means that no. 2 is next out, with no. 8 at the other end. No. 9 and 10 are then out, leaving no. 8. to return to the pavillion with a smug look on his face.

Graham and Karen,

No 8 is of course correct, but as Mike has alluded to, No 11 is also out at the other end.

John,

Yes, there are now two cricket grounds on Corfu. Large parts of the original one have now been made into parking areas.

Seeing as it's quiet how about this:

Q. If you were to spell out numbers (one, two, three etc.), how far would you have to go until you would find the letter "A"?

Near to a port but no fishing here.

It's on one of the Dodecanese.

Not sure because of the fence so close to it... [may be caused by a special photographique trique of you, chris?!]
but I would say : "the hole" near shinaria beach? Will be there in a few weeks ... no accomodation booked yet...
May be a good idea to join the goats in there for the night...

quite right mate,

the fence looks close because it's a detail of a larger shot and the lens compresses the foreground a little ( did that make sense??)

have a great time!  there's always that hotel a little up the road from there.... it always has vacancies
