Looks like you've scambled down from the end of the second tunnel. When we've been to the end, it has always looked a bit risky getting down there. Maybe I'm just getting old

Don't worry about age, this place can easily be waded or swam to.

Time for a hint: it is not the dragons head you can see out there.....

Ok, you seem to have given up on this one, so I can just as well give the answer and finish off the tread.

From the far end of Damnoni you wade or swim around the rocks to the east. Between 5 and 10 meters from the beach you'll find a shallow cave. In the next quiz I'll have to go easier on the distractions, eh Chris.

If you can wade round, Tom you must be quite tall!! Each year I think about swimming round. Maybe next year. Some while back there was a picture of an underwater opening in the rocks - is it in the small cave?

Conclusion. Both photographer and subject had quite a few rakis the night before.

Note - slightly sloping horizons again. However if horizon was level then subject would be leaning.

The reason I wrote wade or swim is simple: I can't remember how I got there....... Hmm, well it's 14 years ago....   and the distance from the beach is really nothing, the swim would be less than a minute.

The swim around the "headland" to the next beach is, as far as I can remember, fairly long.  But you'll have to go to that next beach to find the underwater opening. It goes from that beach to the next,  which is is called "One rock beach" or maybe Micro Amoudi.  I don't know the right name for the first beach after Damnoni, only that some german tourists called it "Sweine Bucht". That is Pigs Bay in english...... There will be a line of people in this forum ready to enligthen me. Please do!

Thanks Tom. My understanding was that the beach just past Damnoni is called Micro Amoudi (or Amoudaki or even Pig Bay). The smaller beach after that does have one prominent rock a few metres into the water so maybe that is 'One Rock' beach.
