Anyone has info on availablity on the DVD version?

The documentary is not likely to be shown in the Netherlands.
I am very interested to see it!

I finally found the address to order a copy as it was not in the 11th day site.

I think it would be a good idea to update this thread when (if) we start getting copies delivered

I must point out in Archangel Films defense, I got an email from them today saying they didn't have a mailing address for me and as soon as i re-send they'll get my film off...can't wait  

I also received a press release about the film which is quite good, i am not sure if i should post it or not???  

one interesting thing that caught my eye was :-

I read on another forum that the first copies have arrived  

so hopefully we'll soon be seeing it

I have finally got my copy, I would describe the film as a documentary-drama I suppose, The film is a number of interviews with surviving veterns, with parts of the story acted out in rather general terms, more like something you'd see on channel 4 or the history channel than something you'd go to the pictures to see

Paddy Leigh Fermor is interviewd and featured, he comes across very strongly, The OSS get a good part as well (I always knew the americans won the war  )

Archangel films have sent me an extra copy by way of apologising for the late delivery so If anyone would like a copy for a fiver....... email me!!
