SK, I have just received an e-mail from the people looking after the Albatross and as you predicted, they are booked solid!

Are you aware of anything similar in the vicinity? They are offering the "Zambia" which offers similar accommodation, but I know nothing of the location. Albatross looked the business as it's out of the way and likely to be as quiet as the place we stay when we visit Zakynthos.

We have stayed at Zambia which is owned by the same woman, however there are some step steps to negotiate otherwise you have to walk the long way round. The accommodation is quite old fashioned and I wouldnn't to spend two weeks there. How about Peligrimnos which is at the far end of the beach. We are staying there next year as it seams fairly quiet and it has great views.

I think I remember you saying you would have a car so I would talk to Anso Travel who have some great properties just outside the village.
