I would think there must be. A good place to start would be to contact Anso Travel and see what they can offer.

We always stay in Myrthios at Annaview (http://www.annaview.com/) or Chrisanthi apartments
(http://chrisanthi-mirthios.com/en.html).  They both have heating in all their apartments and do also rent during the winter.  I am sure they will make special prices for long stays.  Good luck!

Thanks they look v good but they all look out of my league moneywise for 1 person unless I only try winter. Probably worth getting a quote tho when I've collected my thoughts more

Have you thought about trying Gio Ma's? The rooms above the taverna were €25 per night last July including a/c

Hi We have an apartment at Plakias Panorama & would certainly consider a long term let during the winter months & at a very reasonable cost. Send me a message if you want more info.

Hi Rowena and Carl

This is Katerina and Vasilli - we have met several times at The Livikon on our twice yearly holidays in our beloved Plakias - Katerina from Scotland and Vasilli from England.  I came across this post quite by accident as we are now thinking of moving to Plakias for at least a year to see how we get on and then consider the future.  Vasilli has lived there for 2-3  summer months at a time for the last five years with me going there in May and September.  I am now semi retired but am thinking of retiring completely and moving to Plakias permanently.  We are looking for a long term rent and, if you were still of the same mind, we would be interested to know how long you were thinking of winter renting - which months? and how much to rent your apartment at Panorama?  We have a friend in Plakias who is looking for a long term rent for us but we would like to have other options.

Look forward to seeing you soon at The Livikon

Katerina and Vasilli

Hi Katerina and Vasilli, how are you both? I believe we just missed each other. We arrived on the 30th September  for 2 weeks. We did see Penny and Peter though and they told me about this message which was good as I rarely come on this forum. I did send you an e-mail but I'm not sure if you recieved it as I'm not entirely sure I had the correct address. We would consider still long term rent but only in the winter months normally November to March however we have friends going this November until 26th. Can you send me your e-mail address so we can discuss further? Great to hear from you and sorry we missed you.

Kalimera, I'm bringing this thread up again - as I'm always interested in long-term rentals.

I had a look at the Morpheas Apartments in November 2023, the supermarket is part of it.
Some apartments and studios are rented out here in winter. Just speak to the person at the checkout in the supermarket.
