Twas a bit embarrasing in September - we made rather good time in our hire care between airport and Plakias and - er- overtook some taxis.

Well no - but it was dark and I knew the roads well ---------- until------ - you know that sharp right hand bend as you exit the bottom of the big gorge. Well er I forgot it was there and it was a very interesting moment (or two). Took the last mile or so into Plakias at a much more sedate rate.

I'll be alright Barny, I've got all those Drachma left over for the holiday and the car/taxi, so I don't have to worry anymore. Next year is sorted financially!!
