Ikaros and other cheap "studio"

Hi.
This summer I want to spent a few days in Plakias during my tour of Crete.
I am looking for an economic sistemation with kitchenette.
Searching the internet I found the "complex Ikaros."

Unfortunately, as you can see the site is very poor in information and even if I have sent some mails I have not received any answer.
Someone knows this "complex"? Is it a good place where to stay?
I have also considered the "OASIS complex" (http://www.interkriti.net/hotel/plakias/oasis/)
Have you some infomartion on it?
