ATMs

Just got back from our first trip to Plakias - fantastic place, so won't be our last!! So I joined this site so that I could help anybody else with current information if I can.
Anyway, one thing that I wanted to know before we went was whether there were any ATMs there, cos we didn't want to take shed loads of cash.
So, to put the matter straight, there are now 4 ATMs in Plakias, all of which operated in English and happily took our plastic and gave us beer tokens in return.

Welcome to the forum ( and Plakias  )

4 now? We have 3 listed on the Plakias Map, could you take a look and see which one we are missing? Link is top right.

Though last year the one at the town hall never worked.

 Cheers,

Paul

I can only see 2 on the map, but anyway theres 1 at the Allianthos Beach hotel, two dotted alog the main drag between there and the bridge and one at the town hall. To be honest, I didn't use the town hall one but other people seemed to be doing OK there.
