Kali Chronia everyone!
« on: December 31, 2019, 02:26:36 PM »
Or anyone? Awfully quiet these days, more than ever.

Thinking of semi-retiring to Plakias this year, has something gone awfully wrong (other than the new hotel :) )?

All the best for 2020!

Richard

I hate you.................................but seriously, go for it, you'll regret not doing it later if you dont.

We will have to rough it on 5 weeks there this year (3 june/july, and 2 sept/oct) and it cant come soon enough.

Happy New Year and happy 2020 Plakias holidays to all

Well, I've had to make do on 2 weeks a year for ages, my turn now!! :P

Seriously, with recent developments I'm partly thinking 'remember it how it was' and partly 'enjoy it before it is too late' (and before my knees or something pack in!).

Progress may be inevitable, don't have to like it though. I suppose visitors from the early days were having just the same thoughts back in 1990!

Kali Chronia, already booked 2 flights for march and april, planning for august. curious to see what the new development at Paligremnos is going to be by then.
looks like it's winter there now. Even started with the Greek reading lessons now.
