 There doesn't seem to be the same interest in this message board as the old one, or am I not accessing it all. I'm sure there must be plenty casual readers out there like myself can we not tempt you to join in? after all it is here for our use and knowledge. Hope for some new topics soon.

I'm sure you're right Andy,

I have noticed over the years that the weeks before Christmas are always quiet - other things on people's minds I guess.

Then, after new year - and as people's thoughts turn to summer and holidays, the traffic on site builds up.

In quiet times, the site has roughly 20 visits a day - which builds up to 80 - 100 in the summer.

I would like to see some new topics emerging though - there's a lot more going on in and around Plakias than I know about!

Hi, Barny here, is it not possible to have a "have you seen me" section where we can all post a small photo of ourselves in plakias with a small bit of details of who we are and then wonder how many of us say "yes i remember him/her at the..."
Might just ring a few bells for us?
Easy for me to say, not being into computers!
