Going out in Rethymnon
« on: April 16, 2006, 07:36:11 PM »
Just wondered is it easy enough to jump in a taxi from Plakias and spend the evening in Rethymnon? Also how much would this roughly cost in the taxi and how long would the journey take.

Thanks.

thats easy enough done - should take 45mins - 1hr depending on the driver.  i'm not sure of the coast, maybe half the airport(heraklion) fee.  i'm guessing at about €35.  i'm sure someone on the forum will have the proper prices, or you could always take the bus
