i am so glad i stumbled on your site.i first visited plakias
in (1992)it was my first ever holiday but the wonderful greek people
made it the best so we returned every year after that until (1997)
which was are last visit to plakias. im esther my husbands name is tony
we are from belfast in N.IRELAND.we made many friends while we were
in plakias we started most evening's in the sofia B restaurant were the food was delicious especially the cheese ball's then we made are way up to the crazy dolphin and ended are night in the hexagon dancing
the night away.we made friend's with some of the local's.
i remember that the owner of the crazy dolphin was a girl called tina and her husband mannose and the two greek guy's that had worked in the sofia B THEN STARTED RUNNING THE CRAZY DOLPHIN i would love to hear from anyone that know's what they are all doing now.
there was also a greek guy called tacis he would travel every august
from athens to plakias for a holiday that say's it all really it's the best spot in crete and a place i know i will return to someday because of all the holidays ive been on it was hard to top plakias.
