Had to laugh, just read the latest issue of the Crete Gazette,
article on new road driving offences
eg
 No number plate 5300Euro
 Not wearing seat belt 350Euro
 Driver enjoying hanky-panky with glamorous passenger 200Euro

I got the impression that the Crete Gazette was no more but I have just received the latest edition. Let's hope it carries on and prospers.
