Marriage in Crete
« on: October 11, 2007, 12:20:41 PM »
Hi all
We are considering getting married in or around Plakias in September 2008 as we met here. Does anyone know of possible locations for a civil ceromony other than the town hall or if anyone has experience of getting married here any advice or tips would be welcome. Thanks

Hello Peter,

I have found these interesting websites:

I think you can find useful information.

Hi Peter.
I guess you are the Peter to whom we were talking in Joe's bar during the library committee meeting after the Saint Jerome's day celebrations.
At least, my wife Valerie was talking to you while the rest of the group concentrated on more serious matters.

If you are that Peter, you will recall Valerie telling you about our wedding.
Here is a link to more information about it on this forum.
