Greek coffee

Finally got to make my own Greek coffee whilst staying at Alianthos Gardens...... think I might need to try this a few times until I like it !

My wife and I were in business until retirement, one of our operations was a coffee roasting and supply trading. A standing joke, if you made a mistake or had a low quality bean, was that you could always sell it to a Greek, they can't tell the difference!
