August booking in Plakias - Alianthos Garden Hotel

I've just been looking for availability for mid August, and when looking at Alianthos Garden Hotel, all rooms are fully booked up until the 14th, then after this date, all rooms are available.

I'm just wondering why this might be ? Is it maybe Greeks summer holiday finish around this time , or maybe some thing different ?

I had a similar "problem" with Morpheas.  No idea of the reason for this though.
