Where to stay / accommodation in January

Hello everyone,
Greetings from West Wales.
A friend and I will be in Plakias in January and are looking for somewhere to stay for 4 nights. I realise that the majority of accommodation is seasonal but I'm hoping to find somewhere that isn't just a self-catering room, an option that I have already been offered. Accommodation that at least offers breakfast and preferably with some heating for the cool of the evening is what we are looking for.
Anybody with any suggestions that I can contact by e-mail?
