Have had a couple of holidays in Rhodes.  Stayed in Haraki the first time - not nice.  Noisy accommodation over bar etc.
Stayed in Pefkos last year - much nicer with great selection of eateries for the evening.  Hired a car for the duration and
travelled down south and also along the west coast.  Plenty of secluded beaches (some of the beaten track) and often
had beach to ourselves.  The west coast can get very windy and the sea is then rough.  If peace and quite is what you
want that's the place to be.

Where to stay / Winter Let Request

We are in the process of selling our property in the UK with a view to relocating to South West Crete (have visited the area for the last 2 years and like what we see).  In the short term we would like to rent a property for three months before committing ourselves to buying a property.

Does anyone know of a small house/villa (fully equipped) available to rent from Mid Feb/March 2008.  We would love to hear from you.
