What about doing something like this:
eating together (http://forums.plakias.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=172)

I think it was a great idea...

Note that I have sign in my arrival at Plakias in the calendar!

it sounds like a good idea Alex, but our trouble is we are never quite sure where we are going to be on any particular day  

i think you'll find you'll be bumping into people who know you (already!) all the time

Hello Alex,

To the best of my knowledge there were such events held at the Medousa taverna one evening in the first half of September for about the previous 3 years (2003-5?). For some reason there doesn't seem to be one this year. From the plethora of photos that were posted after previous events it was obvious that everyone had a good time.

Easiest way would be for everybody to eat every night at medousa (like us) and then some of us could get up to 17 enjoyable get togethers - as long as nobody pinches our table !!

Just joking - I think Babbis was stressed after only one such evening

in fact, I would say "why not this year" ?!  
but as Chris said, it could be easier to find someone of the forum accidentally during the day/evening...
or we could be the first to launch this idea, but I will NOT be in Plakias the first two weeks... I think I'll be there from 29 September
