as previously reported by ali, sifi has moved on from the souvalaki house and has taken over the building which was the bar next to the pottery shop.
he is sticking to the same formula that made the souvalaki house so popular but has gone to town on fixing up the restaurant from floor to ceiling, (literally)
good grub and good prices

When we finaly arrived at Plakias in early May,at midight after a very long days travl, we thought we might not find anywhere open for a meal.
How wrong we were!!
We wandered on the front and saw Sifi's place all lit up, so we went in for a quick bite to eat.
We escaped at 3 in the morning, well fed and legless. The place was still going strong when we left!!
In our 2 week stay we had many lunches and a few evenings with Sifi.
It's a good place to be and he and his staff are first class.
I don't know what his old place was like, but as a Souvalaki Bar the new one is very good and worth a viit.

Good work Daniel!
Which was your favorite "plate"? Chicken gyros? Pork? Something else?

which is exactly how we got to know Sifi in the first case!
that first mythos after a long hard transfer takes some beating!!

Couldn't agree more Cheap and cheerful. Great place for lunch I think although in the evening I prefer something a little less "fast food" like. Demolished a good chicken plate meal there one evening when I had 2 very large G&T's at the Livicon. Alcohol always gives me a raging appetite. These folk who say they cant eat when they have had a lot to drink are not normal
