Title: Donkey sanctuary

We are both interested in animal welfare, and have been led to believe that there is a donkey sanctuary on Crete, in fact it's supposed to be near Plakias, can anyone help us find out where?

Not quite sure where it is but apparently the Alianthos train jobby goes there as mentioned by Graham [a href=\"http://forums.plakias.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=390&st=15]here.[/url]

Thanks Ploppy - I was going to mention my previous posting but my search for donkey didn't pick it up. I think I must have forgotten to move the highlighted search area to 'All Forums'. It's a pity that isn't the default.
