Has anybody had any problem in getting a reply to an e mail from Plakias. 2 weeks ago I booked a taxi from the airport through Plakias Taxi Transfer for the end of the month and I have had no confirmation of the booking. Is this normal do I turn up at the airport and hope for the best or re-book and get two taxis? I am an old Plakias hand and know how laid back they are but this is the first time we have travelled independantly and would hate to be stuck at Heraklion Airport.

Suggest you ring just to make sure. The WiFi here has been a bit of a problem sometimes in the last 4 weeks.
