Title: Has the Road Train returned for 2014?

Hello all.
There has been a post on Tripadvisor that states the Road Train is running in Plakias.
Is this true?
Here is what is being said.

Hi again,

There is a road train during the summer in Plakias, I did ask the owner that I happen to know

This is on third page of thread about someone staying in Bali this summer. The reply is by Gerlion (Crete destination expert)

Hi Lampyland,

If you go back to the Trip Advisor thread you will see that "Plakias" was a mistake, and it should have read "Bali" - such as shame.  You got me all excited there for a moment. 

(I hope I never need to say "Plakias" and "mistake" in the same sentence again!)

Curses! foiled again. Would be very useful for some of us that have mobility problems. Russians in Bali will be very happy campers  ;)
