hello all, barny and ruth here in plakias, one week now and windy every day apart from monday and tuesday, village is vry quiet but still as good hope you all have fun when you arrive, i have left some mythos for you .

John P, congrats on your recent advancedness, do you feel different now?

Now all I have to do is ply John with enough alcohol in Plakias so he'll make me a board admin and my life will be complete

Yes, I feel much more important now and the view from up here is far superior.
JohnO isn't likely to make you a board admin while you keep posting off-topic messages!

we had a real good time, didnt see gerry though, going back in september, whats it like then? pavlos needs beer mats he still dries them out on the roof!

Yes, we'll see on on Friday and we'll make sure there is some left for you.

Not sure about calling ourselves Plakians though.  That makes us sound like residents and, much as we might like to be, we're not.

How about something based on 'Plakias Forum Users'?
Plakforms?  (sounds like an alien life form)
Plakfurus?
Plovers? (Plakias lovers) (that's a bird isn't it?)
Plemmings? (people who flock to Plakias)
Plaks?

This time tomorrow we'll be airborne!  (I hope).

Plovers sounds good.
This time tomorrow we will be taxi-ing along the runway  :"(  (duff flight from Stansted). In time for a Mythos or two in the evening though
