For anyone in the West Country; easyJet have just relased their flights to Heraklion from 11.9.2013 to 2.10.2013.

Thanks for info..........got our second holiday booked now for Plakias 2013....wonder if we could squeeze another one in!!!!!!!Hope to meet some Forum members while we are there...May 7th - 4 weeks & Aug 21st - 4 weeks....

I'm glad you are getting extended time in Plakias, but have you checked your household insurance for any limitation on period(s) of unoccupancy? If not, you may find you need to make some special arrangement with your insurer.
