Title: Markets around area

Anyone aware of open farmer type markets in the surrounding area?  Never seen one in Plakias. 

I suppose the nearest thing is the chap with the open back truck and his weighing scales  but just wondered if there were any in the surrounding villages / towns?

Nearest markets are Rethymnon and Timbaki that I have visited

Rethymno - in the central car park on Thursdays - then in the car park by the bus station on Saturdays. There is another smaller one at the other end of town on another day but I haven't actually found it yet.
