We are looking for a couple of studios close enough to the town and the beach so that we don't have to have a car to get around. Somewhere up to 1 km would be ideal. Any ideas?
We have seen a website for Kassiani Apartments, which looks nice and the prices seem in our range. Has anyone used them before and, if so, what do you think of them?
Can't wait until September!

I'm not sure exactly where it is but Kassiani's web site suggests that they are closer to Damnoni beach than Plakias. The location is great BUT you will have quite a walk to the centre of Plakias for shopping and eating and it is an uphill walk on the way back! You will find a number of apartments and studios closer to Plakias main street and the beach on Interkriti. For example have a look at Paligremnos (almost on the beach and a level 1/2 mile walk into town or Anna Apartments and Studios (the ones in Plakias not Myrthios) which are in a quiet location in town and a level 1/2 mile walk to the best part of the beach.
