Title: New to Plakias and Looking for Land

Hi everyone

Just joined Plakias forum. We are thinking of buying a plot of land just outside Plakias and would love to talk to anyone who has any good advice or lives in Plakias. Hope someone can help.

Hi Julie,
if she would like to message me off the board I will put you in contact with my friend Brian moved to property just outside Asomatos about five years ago I may be able to give you advice about buying land outside Plakias.

Can you let me have Pauls (From Norway)  e mail address I have had a message from him and can't send him one back.  I am trying to send him the following

Thanks you for replying.  We are looking at buying a plot of land on the road out of Plakias to Sillia.  The plot has a lovely view of the new harbour.

What we are interested in helpful advice you may have of what to do and what NOT to do.

Do you live in Plakia all the time and what are your thoughts.

Dear Julie-

Sounds very exciting- I have built a house in Plakias and i would advise you to contact Haris Papadakis who runs MotoPlakias- Office No- 2832031908- e-mail-maplakia@otenet.gr. He is a valuable resource-is local, speaks english and truly knows the ins and outs and the do's and dont's.
Trust me you will get great advice- Paul is also great friends with Hari and will surely support my opinion-

Do you live in Plakias all the time?  Did you have many problems building your house.  We are looking to live out there in a couple of years time, when the house is built.

At the moment I spend every other weekend in Plakias- the summer more time- In one year I plan on living there yearround- The stories of building a house are endless- Please send me a private message and we can get in contact to discuss in more detail.

Go back into your post and take out your e-mail address. This is for security reasons so you don't get bombarded with spam.
