I did a few time lapse photos last year. Can't remember the exact settings but its generally a shot every 10 seconds that are then stitched together into a movie.

Here is the first looking towards the far end

The time lapse photos are wonderful.
I like watching the waves. Maybe sitting in the Livicon with the view of the sea....

For me, it's the cloud movements that I think work best, time-lapsed.
