as of Tuesday the 13th, BA will (very sneakily IMHO) introduce a charge of £120 per flight for extra bags on their short haul flights
the details are (apparently) on their web site but they aren't informing passengers until they check-in

will be in souda bay palkias , june 4th to 11th.
flying with German LTR from south florida to munchen
but if united are in athens for ecl in late may
will be in crete earlier

we might just catch you on the 4th June , we leave on the 5th, so we'll be at the Medousa that evening if you're in town

And it's £240 if you're travelling long-haul. Good job I leave the kitchen sink behind...
