Anyone been to Plaka,how far is it from Plakias, Alex

Was there about 20 years ago when staying in Elounda.  It's up on the north east a couple of hours or so beyond Herklion.

Are you thinking of banishing Fran to Spinalonga?

I can say yes on here because she does'nt  read this, If I dont see you before I will see you in Plakias on the 16th June.  Alex

We visited in 2007. 2 hrs 45 mins from Plakias going towards Rethymnon, then right (rather than travelling East via Spilli, then north - that was over 3 hrs). We liked the place and the boat trip to Spinalonga (I've reported on it in another, old post).
