Not sure if additional links are requiredf but have found this great site, hosted by an English couple who moved out to the NW part of Crete, which gives a great insight into Cretan life.
Whilst not about Plakias, it might be worth a visit or even adding to the Links page - Admin your call.

Useful and interesting links are always a bonus to any site - and you certainly found a good one here Neil.

I am planning on doing some site upgrades soon, as opportunities for enjoying the garden and beach after work and at weekends become limited. When I get around to it, I'll certainly be including this link - anyone got any others please?
