papas nikos
« on: February 16, 2006, 08:43:35 PM »
Looking through my desk I have just found a postcard that I picked up last year while visiting the museum of papas Nikos, what an experience ,I am trying to think of the name of the village it is in (Assomin) or something similar seems to spring to mind,no doubt someone will be able to help me there, the things he has collected really amazed me and I ended the visit having a couple of rakis with him,it is definitely on my list to go again this year,I am glad I found it now,It was great to recollect especially on this cold and damp night in Scotland. regards Alex G     )

Asomatos is the place. We went to the museum on the train - very interesting. I just wish we had had a digital camera in those days.
