Hi Wuil
a friend of mine booked the akropolis last year and i made an effort to get there and have a look....unfortunatly i didn't keep all the pictures (except these two) as i had no use for them but i wasn't very impressed
it's remote, very basic on the outside and the grounds were wild to say the least

Thanks so far !

Thanks for the pictures. Do you know anything about the inside ,or maybe you can ask your friend.?

i know my friend had originally planned to stay there for two weeks, he had paid a deposit so he stayed a couple of nights and then came into Plakias
to get there you have to drive for around 2kms up a single track dirt road, there's nothing near there at all, its a long walk down a steep track to the sea (not sure if there's a beach but if there is one, it's very small) the nearest taverna is 2 k away and that's remote
we walked up through those gates in the picture to the apartments, there was a childrens playground, totally overgrown, rusty swings and bottles and cigarette packs all around. There were sheep gazing in the grounds as well (IIRC)
apart from that...........
