if you want to contact google and see if you can get an answer from them, that would be good

I sent Google a note this morning, hopefully they will get back to me asap.
I will keep the board informed of any progress.
The begging letter is as follows:
I am a participant in a web site ie 'plakias.co.uk'.
It is a web site for people who go to Plakias Crete for their holidays etc.
We are in the process of trying to create a map of the area, indicating hotels, restaurants, places of interest etc., and one of our members has 'dabbled' with one of your 'Google Earth' images and it will be absolutely perfect for our needs.
The site is entirely NON profit making and is for interest only for the Plakias enthusiast.
The sample tried can be viewed on the message board of
www.plakias.co.uk and there is no intention of taking this any further and will be deleted at your request.
The Question: Would you have any objections to us using these images for this purpose. We would of could indicate that the map is by courtesy of Google and all your copyright information would remain visually intact.
We would obviously require your written permission before we progress any further.
I look forward to your reply.
