Location: Here on the Plakias Map Have stayed at the Irida several times, standard size self catering apartment, with all the amenities. Cleaned regulaly and nice balcony overlooking grazing land (sheep) and olive groves. August 26, 2010, 03:47:20 PM Just had two weeks in the Irida. Lovely place with bar and swimming pool, nice enough walk into town etc etc. The only downfall was the constant road noise all night every night, cars motor bikes and early morning lorries and tractors. The air con is €6 per day! if your'e like me you just use it for an hour and have to pay full price! Safe box is €20 for two weeks! Not on my 'return to' list. Barny. |

December 05, 2008, 03:28:05 PM I stayed there on my first visit to Plakias in 1989. It was called the "pension Paligremnos" run by Maria, breakfast served upstairs. Very quiet and peaceful especially in those days ! Barny. |
